As a human being, a teacher will be able to understand the problem of the students, but how to resolve it professionally is the challenge. When Samagra announced its certificate course for the teachers, for me it was the right opportunity to equip myself with the right approach towards mentoring. After the completion of the course, I can firmly say that this course has helped me to interact with the students more scientifically and professionally for the overall development of the student in the present socio-cultural academic atmosphere.
