Life skills training

Life skills training was conducted in March and September 2021; and February 2022 for two groups of 35 students on the following topics: communication skills, interpersonal relationships, creative thinking, decision making, stress management, empathy, problem solving, and self-awareness. The group was involved in various activities like meditation, reflective exercises, training sessions, team building sessions, and small group interactions to discuss each persons’ strengths and weaknesses.
