Certificate Course - Mentoring and Basic Counselling Skills for High School Teachers of Karnataka Jesuit Province

25 teachers from various schools in Mundgod, Manvi, Anekal, Gulbarga, Hassan, Sindagi, Pandithahalli and Bannerghatta attended a 3-day intensive training programme on basic counseling and mentoring skills. This course included input sessions from experts, group discussions, panel discussions, film analysis, role plays for skills training, psychometric assessment, and mindful reflections. Participants were able to reflect on their roles as teachers and mentors in the holistic development of their students. The sessions were helpful for them to enhance their approach to students in the classroom and beyond.
