Faculty Enrichment Programme conducted for the staff of St. Joseph’s Indian Composite Pre-University College, Bengaluru

This programme introduced the concept of accompaniment and mentoring to the teachers, by orienting those who are new to the profession and by supporting the existing practices in the college. 50 participants attended this programme and interacted by sharing their experiences, and clarifying issues of concern. The sessions were helpful to broaden perspectives about adolescents living in a pandemic world, and provided a reflective space for teachers to ponder on their influencing roles as mentors.
