Faculty Enrichment Programme conducted for the teaching staff of St. Joseph’s Pre-University College, Bengaluru

CuraPersonalis – Mentoring and accompanying students effectively, was the focus on this programme. Sessions on the developing adolescent brain and challenges that come with it, were eye openers in terms of adopting a more patient approach to students. The session on identifying general concerns and mental health issues in particular were helpful for teachers on what they can look out for. The process and challenges of mentoring were discussed through various case studies and group discussions. It was a well-received and interactive programme.
