Mentoring and Counseling skills training of St. Aloysius PUCollege Teachers

30 teachers of St. Aloysius PU College underwent a 2-day training programme on mentoring and basic counselling skills. This was a faculty enhancement session which allowed teachers to reflect on the methods they use with their mentees, and to learn/ adapt to effective ways of dealing with adolescents. The workshop had input sessions, role plays, and case discussions which enabled teachers to learn from one another.
