Training programmes on basic counseling skills and being empathetic in the helping professions

Training programmes on basic counseling skills and being empathetic in the helping professions were conducted for NSS volunteers of St. Aloysius College. This was aimed at helping target groups such as NSS volunteers, and teachers develop skills necessary to identify mental health concerns in themselves and others. Since they interact with vulnerable populations, awareness on how to deal with the emotional outbursts and manage their own responses will be beneficial, and this webinar catered to the same.
